Emergency Repair Callouts
The callout line exists for water that is moving where it should not. A burst supply, a failed isolation valve or a radiator that has emptied itself overnight all qualify. The first job on site is always to stop the water and protect the building; repair follows only once the situation is stable. The fitter arrives with a pressure gauge, a torch set, compression fittings and a small selection of common valve sizes so the most frequent faults can be sealed on the first visit.
After the leak is stopped the crew explains what failed and why, and offers a permanent repair window. A temporary seal is labelled and dated so the next person who opens the cupboard knows what they are looking at. Emergency work is charged on a clear callout basis with any parts listed before the job starts, and the written note left at the end doubles as the record for insurance or a landlord.
